• What shipping methods do we use?
We use UPS and USPS depending on the weight of package
• How long does it take to receive my package?
Packages should arrive within 7-10 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays and the following holidays: Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Years Day. We ship Monday through Friday
PLEASE NOTE: Your items may arrive in different shipments. Depending on the type, quantity and weight of items in your order, we may pack and ship them in different packages to ensure they arrive on time and undamaged. You will never be charged more for shipping and handling than what appears at checkout. Sign into your account to track your orders.
• How much does shipping cost?
We have implemented a shipping table rate in order to save our customers as much money as possible.

• How do I track my package?
When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number or delivery confirmation number, depending on the shipping method. You can track this either at:

• Can my shipping address be different than my billing address?
Yes, we can ship to an address other than your billing address; however the billing address provided must match what your bank has on file.
• Returns for Local Deals
If a store goes out of business within the expiration date listed on the ‘Coupon’ we will give the customer a store credit, please contact our customer service center by sending an email to Customerservice@dealwagger.com for futher instructions.
A Daily Deal Return Policy will be specified in the fine print of the deal.
• Return Policy for Products
-Within 365 Days of receiving your shipment, you may return unused or unopened merchandise in the original condition and packaging. PLEASE NOTE: This excludes any Costumes or Sports Apparel. On costumes there are no returns, we will only accept an exchange if the sizing is incorrect, we will only recieve returns on damaged or defected costumes. On sports apparel there is a 30 day time period from the time of shipment to either exchange or return the product. This will be determined by our customer service representatives.
-Refunds are issued to the original form of payment; after 90 days customer will receive store credit. After 90 Days customer will receive store credit.
-Shipping Charges are NON-refundable.
• Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective please contact customer service right away by sending an email to Customerservice@dealwagger.com for
further instructions. Please have your order number handy so we can retrieve your order and solve your problem. Please have the original packaging and damaged goods
• Changed Your Mind
Within 365 Days of receiving your shipment, you may return unused or unopened merchandise in the original condition and packaging. This will be determined by our customer service representatives. It is your responsibility to ship the item back to us. We are not responsible for lost merchandise when returning it back to us, so please use a respected carrier such as UPS, USPS, or Fed-EX.
